Tree order Instruction and Acknowledgment

Payment Details- Once your order is received and acknowledged, you will receive an invoice for a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be due at the time of pickup.

Order Fulfillment- Order fulfillment is based on current availability.

Pickup and Product Information- Plants are currently in a dormant stage and are field-harvested just prior to shipment.

Orders must be picked up immediately after you receive the delivery notification.

Due to the perishable nature of the trees and plants, they are not guaranteed.

We only sell trees that will do well in our area, but Stillwater County has a large area with serious elevation, precipitation, & soil differences. We are happy to help with suggestions for your specific address if you'd like, just send us an email! admin@stillwatercd.org
