Public Notice – Completion of FY 2023, FY 2024, & FY 2025

Financial and Single Audits

Stillwater Conservation District

 

This notice is to inform the public that the Stillwater Conservation District has completed and submitted its Financial Audit and Single Audit reports for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2023, June 30, 2024 & June 30, 2025. These audits were conducted by FJ & Associates, PLLC.

 

FY23 & FY24 audits included one finding each, related solely to the timeliness of audit completion within the required nine-month period. The delay resulted from challenges in securing an auditor. This issue has since been resolved, and both audits have now been completed and submitted.

 

Summary of Audit Results

• No material weaknesses or significant deficiencies were identified in internal control over financial reporting.

• No instances of noncompliance material to the financial statements were reported.

• For federal programs, the only finding pertained to audit timing. No questioned costs or ineligible expenditures were identified.

 

The FY 2023, FY 2024, and FY 2025 audit reports are available for public inspection at the Stillwater Conservation District office during regular business hours.
